How to use the two emulators bundled with our retro games: load games, remap controls, and switch the arcade emulator to a Chinese UI.

🕹️ Arcade Emulator · FinalBurn Neo

The arcade collection runs on FinalBurn Neo. The UI language can be switched to Simplified Chinese.

Press F6 to open the "Select Game" window (or open the in-game menu: Game → Load game).

Click Scan ROMs and wait until the scanning progress finishes.

Check "Show available" to list only games you own, then double-click a game (or press OK / Play) to start.

💡 List is empty? Click ROMs Dirs... first, add your ROM folder, then scan again.

While a game is running, open the top menu Input → Map game inputs (or press F5).

Double-click the input you want to change, then press the new key or gamepad button.

Click OK to save. You can also pick a ready-made layout from the preset dropdown below.

Open the Misc menu in the top menu bar.

Go to UI language → Download UI language.

Choose Chinese (Simplified) in the dropdown.

Save the language file into the config\localisation folder, then restart the emulator — the UI is now Chinese.

FC games run in Mesen. Its interface is English only and games must be loaded manually each time — below is how to bind your controller / keyboard.

Right-click the game window and choose Input to open Settings (or open Settings from the main menu).

On the Input page, switch to the NES tab.

In the left sidebar go to NES → Input, find Port 1 and click the Setup button next to it.

In Controller Configuration, click a button (D-Pad / Select / Start / A / B) and then press the key or gamepad button to bind. Each input supports up to 4 bindings; Turbo Speed adjusts auto-fire. Click OK when done.
