Red Dead Online's August 2026 Event Adds Triple Rewards

Rockstar rolled out its August 2026 content event for Red Dead Online, running from 4 to 31 August. The headline was triple RDO Dollars, XP and Gold on Telegram Missions including A Tough Business, Skelding's Contract and Strange Tales of the West, alongside triple payouts on Collector Set Sales and the Trade Route and Condor Egg Free Roam Events. Fast Travel was free for the duration of the event.

The cosmetic reward was the Frontiersman Outfit, assembled across the month: logging in at any point earned the Frontiersman Hat, while weekly Collector rank milestones unlocked gloves, boots, a shirt and finally the neckerchief.

Rockstar has maintained this monthly free-update cadence for Red Dead Online for years, and it remains the primary way the game receives new content. No new single-player story content has been announced.
